“명상은 주로 자신만 살피는 이기적인 노력이 아닌가요? 명상보다 남을 도와주거나 선행을 하는데 시간을 쓰는 것이 더 낫지 않을까요?”

(Is meditation primarily a selfish endeavor? Would the time spent in meditation be better spent helping others and doing good actions?)

명상후 소감

“편안하지만 집중은 어려웠습니다.”
“I was relaxed but I found it hard to focus.”

“지금 편안합니다.”
“I'm relaxed now.”

“조용한 가운데 꾸벅꾸벅 졸았다는 것을 알았습니다.”
“In the middle of the quiet and I realized I was dozing off.”

“망상인 줄 알고 다시 돌아오기를 반복했습니다.”
I knew when I was distracted so I kept coming back

“편안하고 집중도 잘 되었습니다.”
“I was relaxed and I was able to focused wel.”l

“매우 졸렸고 과거 생각을 많이 했습니다. 동시에 호흡에 집중도 했고요.”
“I was very sleepy in my mind was at past experience as I focused on breathing.”

“졸리고 망상도 있었지만, 다시 돌아오고 했습니다.”
“I was sleeping distracted but I did keep coming back.”
